Product Availability

Jamex makes every effort to keep products in stock. The vast majority of all orders are filled within 48 hours.

Support

If you have a problem with any Jamex products at any time call your local Jamex reseller or call Jamex directly.  Jamex technical staff will work with you to try to solve your problem by telephone.  Prior to calling gather essential information including: the vending system's model and serial numbers, and the make and model of any equipment that the vending system is connected to.

Hardware Warranty and Warranty Service

The goal of Jamex is to help you achieve the highest long term return on your investment.  Therefore, Jamex manufactures products such that those products can be guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase.  During this period Jamex, Inc. will, at its discretion, replace or repair those parts needed to restore the machine to specification.

The standard practice employed by Jamex to replace parts covered by the warranty statement above is to advance ship replacement parts via UPS using Next Day Air service.  Defective parts replaced under this warranty program must be returned to Jamex within 30 days.  Return of defective parts to Jamex is the responsibility of the reseller or end user.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAMEX, INC. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS OR REVENUE; LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT; DOWNTIME; ANY CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES WHETHER FOR BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOST INCOME OR REVENUES; OR INJURY TO PROPERTY. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING A FINDING THAT ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Jamex provides software and services to its customers that can be integrated with systems from Jamex and other providers. These software and services are covered by Jamex Inc.’s End User License Agreement (EULA), a copy of which is available here at Jamex’s website and available upon request by contacting Jamex Inc.

Payment Terms

Jamex offers three payment options.  If any part of your order is shipping via UPS you may elect to pay C.O.D. and the UPS delivery person will pick up a company check.  Call Jamex for a guaranteed exact amount if you wish to prepare the check ahead of time.

Jamex accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Jamex offers the opportunity to save an additional 5% by sending your Check With your Order (C.W.O.).  Be certain to call Jamex for complete pricing, including freight, prior to sending your check.  This allows Jamex to have your order packed and ready to ship the same day your check arrives.  This 5% discount can amount to a substantial savings on most orders. Shipping

Jamex offers shipping via UPS.  UPS freight charges can be added to your order, or you may have Jamex bill your UPS account. You may, if you prefer, have your order shipped on your account for another carrier.  Please understand that shipment by a carrier other than UPS may incur a handling charge.

Single large orders can be shipped in bulk on pallets via freight shipping methods.  Customers wanting to take advantage of this shipping method should check with Jamex on time and cost estimates. UPS Freight is the preferred carrier of Jamex, but other arrangements may be made on a case by case basis. Customers requesting shipments on pallets must ensure that pallet handling equipment is available at the receiving address.
