Copy Card Administration Software (CCAS)
Copy Card Administration Software™ (CCAS) is an intuitive and powerful software application for staff to perform additions, deductions or batch card revaluing of Jamex Copy Cards (stored value cards). An informative screen layout makes it easy for staff to log in with their own user ID. The quick transaction menu simplifies transactions. Full reporting of all transactions, by staff member, is available for ease of reconciliation. Although often referred to as Copy Cards, Jamex stored value cards can be used to pay for all types of services at a facility.
Sites who have used the original 10mil Revalue Edition will appreciate the new screen layout and, the move away from Java dependency since CCAS runs natively in all currently supported Windows operating systems, Intel based Mac OS and Linux Ubuntu.
Jamex Software Suite Administrator
Jamex Software Suite Administrator enables Jamex 9550 series vend stations to send meter and system status information via email to defined users. The software provides clear reporting of all meters to facility mangers, providing valuable information for on-going maintenance, cash collection and reconciliation. The reporting tool also provides system event notifications to help with predictive maintenance planning. Administrators define the email distribution list and the frequency of reporting. Reporting is easily configured, and similarly easy to maintain as facility requirements change. Configuration files for the software are created through a Jamex supplied template that is customized and updated through a web browser on any PC or MAC. The configuration files are then transferred via USB memory stick to the Jamex 9550 series vend system; this method of updating insures Jamex hardware remains secure from unauthorized remote network access.
